Terms of Business & Title of Goods

Due to limitations of the printing process slight variations may appear in the standard colours. In the event of manufacture failure to supply we reserve the right to substitute colours or materials as necessary.

Minimum order charge

All orders are subject to a £25.00 minimum order charge (pre carriage) our system is set to default to this amount.

Late order surcharge 

Orders received within less than 20 working days notice of the day you require them (not the show date) mean that we need to amend our current production schedule and in some cases increase working hours. This causes extra expense and effort and therefore we have to highlight a surcharge for this. This surcharge will apply to any order required within 20 working days charges applied are detailed upon the invoice.

Payment terms

Due to all our items being personalised we ask for payment with order. Upon receipt of your order an invoice will be sent to you electronically and when payment is received we then despatch your order. Payments can be made either by cheque or bank transfer.

Title of goods

Retention of title, title of ownership of goods does not pass until payment in full has been received.

Acceptance of order

Upon receipt of your pro-forma invoice please check to ensure your order is correct and advise within 5 days if not, otherwise we will not be held responsible for mistakes on your order and further carriage costs maybe added should we have to send additional items.


Artwork set up is free of charge with your initial order, however in the future should you make changes then costs maybe incurred.

Upon acceptance of your order you except that once your artwork has been supplied and reproduced that Awardboard may use your logo or design in showing a representation of our products and as the manufacturer you accept that we are entitled to do so. Further, photographic copyright cannot be claimed as they are just depictions.


Business Closure Dates
We close our business on annual shut downs dates are confirmed for closure as below.
20th December 2016 to January 4th 2017
10th July 2017 to 20th July 2017


Our couriers supply a non insured next day service for £8.99 per box. You can request to insure your parcel at the additional cost of £8.00. All parcels are tracked and to be signed for. Awardboard hold no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments and if uninsured you must claim direct from the courier. Damaged claims are covered by the courier with an excess of £55

Export orders

All our international shipments are sent via tracked courier. Most of our international customers have found it more cost effective to get their order collected from us organised and paid for themselves. We are happy to accommodate either.

As with all UK orders, if you choose not to insure your parcel, Awardboard will not be held responsible for loss or damage.
